Founded in 1962 by the late Gary Jettner who built a reputation for quality dog grooming and dog training. Originally, he groomed dogs in his own garage. As the business grew, Gary continued expansion to a store front location on Kenwood Road in downtown Blue Ash.  Eventually, he expanded the business to the current location at 11551 Deerfield Road in Cincinnati Ohio.
